Charities to donate to for UPCOMING EVENTS

DSF's mission is to give maximum efforts to ensure that our youth exuberates hope and aspiration to achieve. Additionally, we are channeling some attention to transitioning young adults ages 16 to 26 by partnering with Star Life Prep Academy, to  a much needed service for skills training.  Our staff, and board members work diligently together to create DSF's mission to develop and maintain momentum that helps us affect change.  Our goal is to provide solutions that would make a sustainable difference in the lives of our youth. We are dedicated to serving for a great cause.

Over the years, the founders of the Duane Starks Foundation, formerly The Starks Charitable Foundation, (SCF) has granted over 150 college scholarships to deserving high school students who met the GPA and financial need requirements. We have also hosted several fundraising events since 1998. including the "Make It Hot" Celebrity Weekend, a fun filled 3 day event which consist of Golf, youth football camp, paint ball, Jet ski party, comedy on the yacht and most important the "Quest for Success" Scholarship Reward Ceremony. DSF is proud to pick up where SCF has left off.
